We've been using MediaHQ for four years and it's an essential tool in how our press office manages our media relations. We use it to find journalists, build media lists and send all of our pitches and press releases. It takes all the hassle out of managing our media lists and thankfully ends the pain of getting loads of bounced emails when you send. Their research is really good and their email delivery rates are great.

I don't know how I used to manage before MediaHQ. As someone who has worked in communications for 17 years, their system provides solutions to all of the headaches I used to experience. Here at the National Lottery, we usually send multiple press releases every week and have consistent media pick-up. MediaHQ allows me to create and distribute a press release within a couple of minutes which makes my job much easier. Their media contacts database is also great. The information is very up to date and I'm able to easily find key contacts in an organisation or programme that I'm targeting. It's also very useful in terms of informing me about media movements in my industry and the current top news stories. I couldn't recommend it more!
